​We are committed to providing rapid service and strive to dispatch most orders within two working days of receipt. During busy periods, processing times may be longer. For UK deliveries, all orders are typically sent first class via DPD. We also accommodate alternative delivery addresses upon request.

Please note that delivery times for delivery cannot be guaranteed, with parcels delivered between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A signature may be required upon delivery. Depending on your location, tracked delivery typically takes between one and three working days.

In rare cases where a delivery does not meet expectations, we will make every effort to locate the package if it was sent via a tracked service.

All of the delivery costs above include VAT. If you live in a VAT exempt country, no VAT will be charged when you checkout. Alternatively if you are VAT registered customer within the EU, you’ll be asked to provide your VAT registration number after which we deduct VAT on your order. UK includes Highlands and Islands but excludes Republic of Ireland (falls under Europe).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. ​We offer a refund/exchange within the first 14 days of purchase. Your items must be unused and in the same condition. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 14 days to process and if a refund is made, it will be sent to the account the purchase was made from. When returning orders, shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer at the standard shipping rate.
